Open up a brokerage account and either buy ticker USO
or, for more leverage, get some books on options and trade the options on USO.
Even more leverage can be had with futures (crude, RBOB Gas, nat gas, and heating oil).
As of 9am Tues, April 14th, the hottest activity in the cude pits (futures)are the June $140 (per barrel)contracts.
