No and I wish I could ticket every one of the distracted people who I see doing it. It's amazing how badly people drive while on the phone.. and I'm sure almost every one of them would say that they can easily talk on the phone and drive perfectly well....guess what... you can't.... you're the only one on the road that doesn't realize it.

Your question is a bit misleading as you ask "Do you still talk on your cell phone while driving?" I never have and I had a cell phone in 1990 in a company vehicle before they became popular. The circuit board was bolted under the driver's seat and removable to a bag with a battery for portability. I always pulled off the road when making calls or call back depending on where the call was from (I used my pager for this). In my case, I often had to write something down, so it was best to pull off the road. As a sidebar note, airtime was $.65 a minute in the Washington D.C. area and I worked for AT&T (it was their car and phone).

I have SYNC hands-free calling on my vehicle. Mom called me tonight while I was driving down a nearly empty road.

I don't "still talk on my cell phone while driving?" because I never did. ( and I've had a cell phone since 1989)

Almost never, unless expecting an importamt call and them pull over somewhere safe. This was one of the first jurisdictions to ban it, but they should have included hands free usage as well!
