I agree that his first week did not live up to my expectations, but I do feel that the show is getting better. I never did like Jay Leno and when Conan was off the air, I watched Letterman only.

Thanks to satellite TV, I can still watch Conan and not miss Letterman.

I wasn't real happy with the premiere. It had it's moments but something didn't feel right about the flow of the show. After being off the air for nearly a year I just expected more. Hopefully it will get better. GREAT to see the bear back though.

Too bad Max won't be returning. I'd like to see Conan get rid of that deadbeat Andy Richter but I understand he will be part of the show again. Conan's original show really took off when Richter left & let's not even mention what happened the second time around.

They have just announced the guest list for Conan's first week on air.

Monday: Seth Rogan and musician Jack White
Tuesday: Tom Hanks, Jack McBrayer (30 Rock) and Soundgarden
Wednesday: Jon Hamm from "Mad Men"
Thursday: Michael Cera and Julie Bowen

According to the Associated Press, his very first guest may be decided by an online poll.
