saw the commercial on this fiber substitute. you just add it to whatever you eating or drinking. it does not have a taste so you don't realize it's in there. i'm a little leary about new easy weight loss/ healthy stuff. anybody know if this stuff works and is safe or is somebody just trying to make a buck?
