You asked about the battery option in my friend's Tesla, and I just discovered that I posted my reply to my own whiteboard. In case that is all I did, here it is: Yes, he bought the 85--the largest. Tesla quotes his range at 300 miles, but he says it's more like 265, plus, they discourage full charging unless max range is needed, to prolong battery life.

You know 101, there is a nasty respiratory virus out there. It is not the flu and does not act like the flu, but it can be really debilitating. Several of my staff have had it including one of my Doctors and it hangs on for weeks. Doc is at week 7. And yes, restaurants have a lot of bidden dairy and wheat. The wait staff are not always accurate in telling you.

Hi, 101. A friend got a Tesla "S" and I had a ride in it last week. It's an awesome car for sure. Absolute silence from the powertrain--it just goes. The price is the problem of course. Maybe a follow on model will be more affordable. I hope so, anyway. Cheers.

It does look like that my Hillary thread is gone though. You know the one where the hunt gang came after me to draw blood, but wouldn't have a conversation about their queen. They just kept calling me a liar or told me to apologize. I guess we will have to have a conversation in 2016.
