Years ago we used to travel between parent's houses at Christmas and that involved 200 miles round trip for one set and 400 round trip for the other set of parents

It was worth every penny to me.

Once there, we drove over 800 miles over a two week period visiting friends and family. Then another 2,000 mile flight home. All with an infant and a toddler in tow.
